With over 14 years of international experience in the culinary world—from the refined elegance of 5-star hotels in Switzerland and India to the dynamic energy of kitchens in New Zealand—Vishal honed his craft in some of the world’s most diverse food cultures.
In 2007, his journey led him to Canada, where he continued to grow professionally, working across British Columbia before finally planting roots in Ottawa.
